Crush Volleyball Club teaches athletes the importance of commitment and repetition. We build strong-minded athletes and provide model environments for them to grow both on and off the court.
As you start to determine where you will play next season, I want to talk about an exciting change here at Crush Volleyball Club!
In the past, we have had Court Coaches that have been available for every coach to use, at their discretion. Over the past two seasons, we have found that coaches were not utilizing them as they should have been. In order to rectify this, we are placing assistant coaches on each team so that one on one instruction is more effective and drills can be run without interruption. The assistant coaches will be there each practice and every tournament to be an extra set of eyes for the head coach at all times. This will make the team dynamic better and give the head coach the ability to be more effective.
We are dedicated to making players better and we make changes each season to reflect that. This was one of the major complaints from parents and we wanted to let you know, we heard you! Thank you for the continued feedback!
